Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup shredded non-dairy cheese
  • 1 small can green chiles chopped
  • 15.5 oz can of hominy
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • Ghee for greasing the casserole dish

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F (163 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

Notes

If you can’t find a vegan sour cream at your local store there are several DIY options you could try googling ‘how to make a vegan sour cream’ and will give you options.  Normally I try and avoid recipes that require a ton of DIY but sometimes I miss sour cream….even if it’s pseudo sour cream.
